Our customers will need to be able to add 3D-models of certain buildings. These 3D models will feature not only outer faces but also interiors up to very detailed. We would like customers to be able to walk through the buildings using Multiverse technology (or qualitative similar technology). This means we need to somehow combine virtual world technology and Earth satellite/map technology.
We want to be able to add additional content to objects, for instance when a user clicks on a certain object a video will be shown or an image slideshow or extra information in text-form, etc.

We prefer to use open source software as a base for this project, there are several open source systems available for both earth satellite/maps and virtual worlds, although I’m not sure of the quality all of these have.
What I’m looking for at this moment is both advise on how to do this in the best and most cost-efficient way possible as well as an estimation of development costs (place a non-fixed bid amount) and an estimation of development time. We are aware this is not a small project, and this project will also need to be updated on a contiunued basis after initial development. So we are looking for a dedicated and enthousiastic developer (or team of developers) willing to stay with this project for a long time.

Stage 1: Use AutoCAD MAP to create a 3D visual of a topographic map. All needed files will be given.
Stage 2: Place a 3D design (photovoltaic panel arrays) on the 3D topographic map. (The 3D design will be created for one panel and then replicated many times).
Stage3: View shading of sun movement at different seasons of the year.
Stage 4: Train the buyer to be able to use AutoCAD Maps (10) to 'play' (i.e. rotate and see different angles) of the 3D file.
 
The bidder must be an expert AutCAD user who is familiar with MAPs and 3D designs.

I need someone to create the CAD drawings using the PDF's that i have.It is simple project as you will just be creating the CAD file based off the PDF's. This project is for the Framing section and floor plan. Two pages total. ** Important**:The CAD Files need to be fully functional with all the layers. It will not be acceptable if the PDF is just imported into CAD.See Files attached:Plan page 1.dwg - This was just imported into CAD from a PDF so it is not a functional dwg. Use it as a reference to build a full working DWG file like the others you did. We are looking to have a Finite Element Analysis of a simple aluminum tee armature. We manufacture leaded glass dome ceilings. They are made in 6', 8' and 10' diameters. The dome frame armatures are constructed using a 1" x 1" x 1/8" aluminum tee extrusion that is rolled into a given radius and joined together using a custom sheet metal bracket combination.The frames shape is a spherical cap and consists of an upper 18" ring and lower (6', 8' or 10') ring that are joined together by the bent radius frame arms. There are 12 arms in total. Expert Guarantee Required:
     It is crucial to the buyer that this entire project be completed (100%) by the deadline of 20 days. They only want expert sellers who will commit themselves to this deadline to bid.
