php / mysql/ project management / membership wiz a ... By inplainview on Dec 4 Max Bid: Open to fair suggestions

LongDesc:

I'm being overwhelmed by the multitude of software and solutions available.
I'd need a consultant on an ongoing basis, who knows his/her way through this labyrinth of choices.
Please read carefully the project description and reply accordingly. I'll ignore template bids.
Detailed Requirements:
I have three different projects going on. Please find a short description below, in no particular order:
1. Membership site where I offer a few exclusive products and services. You need to be familiar with membership solutions like aMember, WishList etc
Those members can become affiliates as well, so you'd need to be familiar with affiliate solutions as well.
2. Portal for coordinating the activity of part-time workers. They should be able to log-in, view projects, accept projects, deliver work done. Team supervisors should be able to track deadlines, reject projects, and make payments.
You should be familiar with solutions like ActiveCollab etc
3. Order intake portal. Clients should be able to log-in, order jobs and download products. Clients could become affiliates as well.
As you see, these are multiple projects that I would need help with.
Your role as a consultant would be to chaperon me in making the right choices. You should be able to explain why a certain solution would be better than another one. When solution are delivered, you should be able to test them and, eventually, tweak them.
You should be available on Skype, or GTalk, or Yahoo Messenger etc. Your English is of no concern to me; we'd use Google translate in case something is not clear enough.
The most important parts would be delivered in writing though, so please be ready to make recommendations in writing and deliver them through vWorker's system.
I see this project going on over the next couple of months. I'd pay you weekly for an average of 4-5 hours consultancy work per week. Please place a bid that would reflect how much you'd charge per hour or per week.
Worker: On pay-for-deliverable

may find
yourself unprotected by the
payment guarantee.
Instead, ask the employer
to switch this project to
pay-for-time, so you are
guaranteed payment. If the
employer will not switch this, then
please alert us.

does not allow us access to their
website, or accidentally/deliberately
changes the work you did on their
website, when we go to test it, we
will see that it does not work.
Then you would have no proof that
you delivered the final deliverables,
lose the arbitration, the escrowed
funds and receive a poor rating
(which will say “testing showed
the final deliverables did not

So for this reason,
you should have instead followed

Personal Tutoring for Flex & ActionScript And C/C+ ... By Jayper on Nov 26 Max Bid: $17

LongDesc:

I am looking for two tutors. Whether you can do both or one of the other, just let me know. I am an experience developer looking to expand my knowledge with other tools. Thought I'd try to see if I can just get tutoring for specific modules on my needs below.
Tutoring need one:
I am looking for a personal tutor for a knowlegeable Flex 4 and ActionScript 3 developer. Mainly with Web Services, HTTPServices and database interfacing. I already have FlashBuilder and its plugin in Eclipse setup and have done a few things with this language.
Tutoring need two:
I am looking to strengthening my skills with C/C++ development. I know the basics and the fundamental skeleton of a C application; I'm a bit rusty, but what I am looking for is someone to help me with the object oriented part of C++. Also, knowledge with OpenGL would be a plus. I already have CodeBlocks all setup and I believe I have OpenGL libraries setup as well.
Please let me know the cost and how you would put together a curriculum and we can go from there.

install something on the employers
website.
You do the work but upload nothing
to vWorker.com (because it takes too
long,
or you cannot). As long as there is
no dispute, you will not notice the
potential problem. But if the
employer disputes what you did then
we must make sure you delivered to the
triple-point-guarantee (100% to-contract: and
done in the industry exepcted manner, and
by the deadline). If the employer
does not allow us access to their
website, or accidentally/deliberately
changes the work you did on their
website, when we go to test it, we
will see that it does not work.
Then you would have no proof that
you delivered the final deliverables,
lose the arbitration, the escrowed
funds and receive a poor rating
(which will say “testing showed
the final deliverables did not
work”).
So for this reason,
you should have instead followed
the above instructions and
switched it to pay-for-time.
Had you done this, we would simply
have checked the Accutimcard to
make sure you punched-in the time
and were working on it. You would
have been paid for every hour
you worked.

Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all pay-for-deliverables business projects violation of both the employer and worker agreements.
vWorker.com monitors all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressors on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
If you notice a violation please help out the site and report it. Thanks for your help.
