read in and process a tIDE map file

All maps should support 3 layers. Layer 0 is the background layer and is where all ties will be placed. Layer 1 is a collision layer and any texture placed here will cause a collision. Layer 2 is the interactive layer and this is where Enemies will be placed. I am also open to your own suggestions.

I will take care of writing all the other foreach loops in CollisionManager to handle collisions with other world objects.
When you assign a CollisionObject you can specify a radius, rectangle, both, or none. For this case i would assume we would just do a rectangle the size of the tile. If the other object doesn't support a rectangle they will both just default to per-pixel.

Must be done in VB6. Work will be received as a VB6 Project. It will look like a ALTIMETER. Only two needle or pointers are to rotate by the value of two text boxes. Values are 0-100 (in each box). The values will rotate the needles 360' (full circle). Dial should look like actual ALTIMETER. You may use image from internet for the Dial image or you may design it in photoshop or some thing like that.

Imagine that this project is to
install something on the employers
website.
You do the work but upload nothing
to vWorker.com (because it takes too
long,
or you cannot). As long as there is
no dispute, you will not notice the
potential problem. But if the
employer disputes what you did then
we must make sure you delivered to the
triple-point-guarantee (100% to-contract: and
done in the industry exepcted manner, and
by the deadline). If the employer
does not allow us access to their
website, or accidentally/deliberately
changes the work you did on their
website, when we go to test it, we
will see that it does not work.
Then you would have no proof that
you delivered the final deliverables,
lose the arbitration, the escrowed
funds and receive a poor rating
(which will say “testing showed
the final deliverables did not
work”).
So for this reason,
you should have instead followed
the above instructions and
switched it to pay-for-time.
Had you done this, we would simply
have checked the Accutimcard to
make sure you punched-in the time
and were working on it. You would
have been paid for every hour
you worked.

Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all outsourcing pay-for-deliverables projects violation of both the employer and worker agreements.

I am looking to take previous work done on a PHP/MySQL browser based MMORPG, and transform it into a game for Android powered mobile devices.
This is not a video game MMORPG, but a game that can be related to various social games like Mafia Wars, Bite Fight, and other Facebook related applications. (If you don't know the difference, then maybe this project isn't for you)
Chosen programmer must be able to do the following:
Program efficiently for android game development
Set up and view PHP/MySQL previous work (not required)
Follow notes/mock ups and work with me to understand and meet expectations
Understand the fundamentals of an RPG/MMORPG (both video game and browser based wise)
Help set up a server to test and run the game on
Must be able to read/write/speak very good English
If you have this kind of knowledge, then you understand what goes into making a social/browser based/text type of MMORPG and can get a pretty good picture on what you will be working, how long it will take, and the cost for the project.
