Here is what we need:
A script that will operate in a web environment and will allow users to create a dynamic document in real time in PDF format.
We will supply a template within which the PDF can be assembled. We will need to know from you in what format that should be in.intro page

Here are the basics for what is needed.A script built that will enable the following to happen:Customer is provided a form
Customer selects items on the form
Each item will be an image and text
Customer submits the completed form
Customer is then provide with a tailor made PDF with on-page options to reach out to a sales rep, email it, share it, save it, etc.
Form is also emailed to the sales rep associated with the product selected (this is an element that could change over time so we would need a way to edit the associated reps for product lines
