My customer have a real estate website (in Italian language).
www.saetimmobiliare.it.
in its admin area he can add/modify/delete advertisement.
In public are people can browse advertisement by clicking on categories.
My Customer need to add/modify/remove (and upload..of course) pictures to each advtertisement (houses, flats, apartments, ).
Website uses a MDB database and still have to. Website is in ASP.

I am building a map using two separate creek data sets (OSM creeks and DEM derived creeks). The OSM data is generally more reliable, but there are only a small number of creeks.
I am wanting to find all the creeks in the DEM dataset that are NOT already in the OSM dataset. (so they can be shown on a map).
I am happy to ignore a DEM creek if it is crosses an OSM creek twice or more times (if it crosses just once then it is more likely a side creek)
Your job is to develop a SQL statement that will
1) Display all DEM_creeks that do not cross any single OSM creek more than once.
2) Delete all DEM_creeks that cross a single OSM creek more than once
I will provide full details of the tables and ca provide SSH access to the server so you can play with the SQL.

This is a simple project for someone who has the capability. I have several data files (20 max) that I need to be converted to the .sas7bdat format so that I can upload them to the sascloud. Hi,
The Missing Slate is a quarterly art and literary journal publishing high quality pieces of both genres. Because of the extensive focus on the visual, we're looking to update our current look to something that caters toward that. The system is Wordpress and we have our own domain and subdomains. If the work's done well, there will be subdomains to update in the future as well (would rather work with one person throughout).
The WP theme will be provided to you which you will tweak and customize. We're looking for a gallery plugin to be installed as well and any other suggestions you have will be taken into consideration.

Will the worker develop "live" on your server?Other / not sure/ or need advice. Details: There is a development subdomain created for this purpose. It'll be the safest thing to work on our own environment which will ensure all components, plugins etc confirm with our server. It'll also be easier to port from subdomain to main website.
Physical installation:
Who will perform the physical installation?The worker will perform the physical installation, and will be given all necessary permissions to do so.
Legal:
1) I require complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done (so that I may modify it in the future).
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
2b) Any website server-side deliverables must be installed in ready-to-run condition in the employer's environment (unless overridden otherwise by the employer elsewhere in this contract.
2c) If there are any server-side deliverables (intended to only exist in one place in the employer's environment) then they must be installed by the winning worker in ready-to-run condition (unless specified elsewhere by the employer).
2d) All other software (including but not limited to any desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute) must include a software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project (unless specified elsewhere by the employer).
