These prices are constantly updating and therefore every price change needs to be captured

For the user to be able to select a region of the screen
That region will always be made up of one or more of the following characters

These numbers are going to be changing and updating very fast due to them being the bid/ask price of a stock. So its very important every change in price is captured.
Ideally the scan rate of the program is at the same frequency of the screens scan rate
The font color and background colour selected by the region could vary e.g. black background and white font, grey background and orange font, etc
But only ever two main colours
To have upto four screen region selectors so the user can capture upto four prices e.g.
bid price from window 1
ask price from window 1
bid price from window 2

For the code to be optimal and work at maximum efficiency whilst at the same time being well structured, commented and having easy to understand variable name declarations

Ok so recently I discovered someone using a loophole in a popular US based classified ad website.
I have been following it extensively and have been testing it every which way I can to replicate results unsuccessfully, I have tons of data on what works and what does not and videos made to explain everything.
I need someone who is familiar with post / get requests with some if not LOT of reverse engineering methods.
Based on my findings its not an exploit but possibly a form field manipulation.

Using VHDL language, QUARTUS II software and ALTERA DE2 board, you should design, simulate, and implement an 8-bit ALU circuit. This circuit will take two 8-bit unsigned binary numbers, operate on them, and display the result.
• First, the 7-segment display should display “S0” to indicate “State 0”. When a push button on the DE2 board (e.g. KEY1) is pressed, the 8-bit value provided on the Toggle Switches SW7 to SW0 (operand1) should be stored in a register. Note that SW7 is the MSB and SW0 is the LSB.
