We need 3 unique, concepts created for a new website and if the designer is successful we will have more projects this year to work on.  You must provide the following:
1) 3 revisions on the final selected design and the web
2) design must fit on a 1024x768 screen resolution
3) designs must be unique and CANNOT be a purchased template.(must be hand-drawn)
4) must provide all adobe files for all the artwork including all designs and revisions.
