Wordpress and PHP Expert Wanted to Create or Revis ... By aceychasing on Sep 7 Max Bid: Open to fair suggestions

We are seeking a Wordpress and PHP expert who can re-skin or create a new Wordpress template for an existing Wordpress website for a professional organization.
The site itself is very small--approximately 7 pages. There are only three challenging parts we foresee:

• One of the pages is password-protected with a username and password that is given out to all the members (no individual passwords).
  
• We would like to add a rotating Jquery driven gallery that shows thumbnails of their newsletters, and links to the PDF version of these newsletters.
  
• We would like to add a few rotating slideshows in various spots on the website. We would like for a user to be able to update this with relative ease in the back end of Wordpress.

  We will provide a layered Photoshop file that represents the look for the first page. As requested, we can provide Photoshop templates representing the other pages.We request that all text areas be able to be edited by a user in the back end of Wordpress. The site will be updated largely by novices in the professional organization who do not have a very thorough knowledge of HTML and ESPECIALLY not of PHP.
