There are serveral internet site that got the same buildup.
The program/script has to do the following things:
1.) Get the total amount of data entries that are shown in a sentence on each of this sites.
2.) For each entries th program or script has to follow a link to a second page (there are 20 links per site, after the 20th link the program has to use the "next" link to get to the next 20 data entries
3.)  on the site or each data entrie are informations that the program has to extract.  You could choose how to extract this informations.
You can choose between ms excel, mysql or a plain text file where you seperate each line of information by a |
The program has to handle up to 5000 data entries each with seven fields of information.
A plugin for a webbrowser you be prefered but a perl script or even something completly different would be okay.
