Move web site to a CMS By taop on Sep 7 Max Bid: Open to fair suggestions

We would like to move our current web site to a CMS. The overall design will be the same as our current site, but the actual content will mostly be changed. Please see attached images for details.
We're unsure about what framework would best meet our needs. After a quick research, CMS made simple looked like the most attractive chooice, but we're open to other alternatives. There will only be one or two people adding/changing pages and this will occur infrequently. We got one news page which we need to easy add content to. We must be able to edit the pages with a WYSIWYG editor.
