We like to tweak the information that is sent on our email system so that we can include certain ticket related info in the body of the email so that it's easier for the ticket owner to see which account it belongs to.
Ie. Subject: Profile 12345
Body: Hi , This is to remind you that
(
) needs your attention.
Right now the software sends a generic email containing a long profile # which is confusing some of our CS agents.
