Remodeling Flash Header By Real Estate on Sep 6 Max Bid: Open to fair suggestions

I need to remodel the flash header of my website:
*flash header in 2 languages, plus a static header and few new pages for english and french part related to the buttonswww.AntoineHalabi.com we will keep the same size, reusing some of the existing pictures and text, but it the new header will take it's inspiration from the jpg attached. with some adjustments of buttons, text, images and page links. (i only have it jpeg)
Few button names might be different, and new buttons added.
At mouse over, button change color, also text color and arrow. Sound on click and background music will also be required and provided by coder.
Once finished. you will link it to the pages of my website and add few new pages for the new buttons.
One done in French, you would make a copy of it in English. and a banner that is based on the final header.
