Windows System Admin By ImpactBS on Sep 6 Max Bid: Open to fair suggestions

I have a dedicated server that we have used for 5 years now. I no longer have a System Admin and the server went down yesterday. The "technicians" emailed with the following information: Our server technicians were able to get your server to boot into the Windows Rescue system, however they were unable to get it to boot back into the normal local system therefore you will need to use the rescue system to diagnose and repair your server configuration or backup your data and reimage the server.I need someone to go in there and get it operating again.Once we are up and running we will look at having the right person migrate the sites and 1 SQL database to a new server.
