We need someone to upgrade our existing vb.net program to perform the followings (and more):
1. Modify existing GUI and add a few fields to handle additional functions below.
2. Allow database search for outbound email addresses (MS Access Based) based on certain criteria
3. Allow multiple use of email addresses (and adjustments)
4. Handle and store Email Rejections
5. Handle time out's
6. Email Address Validation check
7. Design 1 HMTL email template.
8. Tracking of email address
9. Peventing duplicates of email address.
