Small VB.NET Database project By PhotoVenture on Sep 5 Max Bid: Open to fair suggestions

I have a small vb.net project that will allow the users to filter out records from a database and then it will display the count of records.  I don’t think it will take more than few hours of work so for now assume 5 Hrs of work - we can talk about the details. To do this project you must be very good at the following technologies:
VB.Net (C# is OK but I would prefer VB.NET for this project)
SQL
Visual Studio 2008 or 2010
Microsoft Reports (the ones included in Visual Studio or Cristal Reports or any other free Reports)
I will have more details once I select the coder.
There will also be more projects to come.
