Need Several Changes Made to a Site (Mostly HTML a ... By I_Q on Sep 5 Max Bid: Open to fair suggestions

I have a website where the sites name was changed and all instances of the old site name I would like taken out. Most pages on the site are HTML.
Some pages have an old header and that needs to be swapped out as well as an old navigation menu.
Each page needs the side bars to look the same, same paypal buttons, same colors, same width, same size, same awards showing.
Need to transfer all content from a Blogspot blog over to a WordPress blog which I installed and started off with the first few posts.
There are navigation images which need to be edited to display the name of the page. This is as simple as opening up Photoshop and adding the correct text to each page. Making sure the fonts are all the same.
There are a few other things also, but that's the bulk of it.
Also making sure all of the pages work properly with all new major browsers.
The big thing is this has to be done remotely via my IP. I will set up a computer with the main tools you need and you can login with Teamviewer or similar program to do this. I'm hoping the bulk can be done today and if necessary tomorrow.
Basically to do this you have to be decent with HTML and be able to add a flash nav bar (that is already created) and fix some images.
It should take a few hours, possibly a little more.
