Property, video and blog syndication site By buckwie on Sep 5 Max Bid: Open to fair suggestions

I need to create a property and marketing syndication site for properties (such as SellPoint.com), blogs (and social bookmarking sites) and videos (such as TubeMogul.com)
What I need is for you to build me a system that will integrate into my PHP membership backend that will syndicate similar to TubeMogul.com, TrafficGeyser.com and SellPoint.com.
The 1st release  will have less features and we'll keep refining features and adding more syndication sites.
Property sites (more like SellPoint.com)
