Ruby on Rails Coder Initial Project By srednatonmi on Sep 5 Max Bid: Open to fair suggestions

I'm looking for a very skilled Rails coder to assist me with finishing up my website. The site is currently functional, I just need to make a number of changes, remove some features and assist me with some of my layout changes. I will be doing all the design work.
I know that's very vague but I'd like to discuss an initial project with a coder and hopefully progress to more long-term work or at least some additional portions of the project.
