Coder must be knowledgeable of how CSS works and talented in design.You will be adding 2 horizontal drop down menu's to a design (http://optic5hosting.com/ropsc/) one menu will go down and the othermenu will be going up.You will also be fixing an issue with design I have in place for one menu.I want you to use Jquery to give a nice feel for the menu's. The menu's will need to be able to multi level. Up to two sub levels.
