Need help with excel calculations asap By Looking for work on Sep 5 Max Bid: $10

I need someone to assist with a few simple excel formulas. Specifically, and issue with a confitionaly statement where the false value is a cell with a calculation in it -- however, when the codition is 'false' I get a value of 0.0 when it should be the value of a cell whose value is a calculation of two other cells.Platform:

Deliverables:1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
All deliverables must be uploaded to vWorker.com before the deadline(s) for this project...with no exceptions. If this contract makes it impossible for a competent person to do this, then do not start this project...but instead alert vWorker.com of an un-arbitratable, illegal project.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects violation of both the employer and worker agreements.
