Small Business Website By Techlancer on Sep 5 Max Bid: Open to fair suggestions

Hi !! I want someone to develop a website for my small business using asp.net(3.5), MS Sql(2008), C#(08) and adobe photoshop for designing. Also you can customize ready made design according to my need if you already have some but before finalizing any design you must get approval from me. On my website homepage, I want to offer six different deals (each deal contains an ebook) with brief description. On clicking any deal it will open description of that deal so there will be six hyperlinks one for each deal. At the end of each page there will be a "pay now button" and option to buy more deal and buyer can pay either using credit card or paypal. I want to automatically pull the deal or deals purchased from website and send it or them to the buyer's email. This means I need a "shopping cart" type pay link to pull from website files the deal or deals that have been purchased and send to buyer's email without any manual copying and pasting.
