Need Wordpress theme setup By amazonsite on Sep 5 Max Bid: Open to fair suggestions

I have a Wordpress setup at philayres.net/mustang.
I need that theme setup at mustangcontracting.com.
The Wordpress installation is already done.  The reason you don't see it is that I have replaced the index.php file with the index.php of the old site, until this is done. 
Basically, I just need the theme from philayres.net/mustang (the old installation) at mustangcontracting.com (the new installation).  It needs to be configured to run and operate exactly like the one at philayres.net/mustang.  It's just that simple.Platform:

Deliverables:1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment.b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project.
All deliverables must be uploaded to vWorker.com before the deadline(s) for this project...with no exceptions. If this contract makes it impossible for a competent person to do this, then do not start this project...but instead alert vWorker.com of an un-arbitratable, illegal project.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects violation of both the employer and worker agreements.
vWorker.com monitors all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressors on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
