Fix .aspx file to work with uploading audio files By ttorq on Sep 5 Max Bid: $15

Need to fix a .aspx file that no longer works after uploading it to a new hosting server.
My client needs to upload audio/mp3 files to the website so clients can login and download or listen to the audio files.
Right now, there is an error that comes up when my client tries to upload a new audio it gives an error that says:String cannot be of zero length. Parameter name: oldValue
After reviewing the web.config file, the coder I was working with suggests that the issue may be with the .aspx file.
