We want a website, ecommerce, blog included.We are thinking Joomla CMS for the website, Magento for Ecommerce and Wordpress for Blog.All should have same menu items and design.Magento, Wordpress could all be integrated into Joomla via plugins.Another option we think is to use Joomla and Virtuemart and wordpress.It's upto you what is good and works well. I personally prefer Joomla, Magento and wordpress.Your task:1. We finalize the Template monster design and provide you. You integrate.2. Modify the design by adding our logo.3. Use the same design for Joomla and Wordpress. Or you choose the design that works for all and integrate.Then we provide you 100 images, product details for 100 products which you populate in the shop.For the joomla website we have 50 pages - simple text and few images.Blog - empty, we will fill up later.All should have same design and linked with each other from the same menu item.We will provide you hosting login details.Quote needed in steps as we might work in steps:1. Deliverables:1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment.b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project.
All deliverables must be uploaded to vWorker.com before the deadline(s) for this project...with no exceptions. If this contract makes it impossible for a competent person to do this, then do not start this project...but instead alert vWorker.com of an un-arbitratable, illegal project.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects violation of both the employer and worker agreements.
