ASP.NET C# AJAX Guru Required.. By e ref on Sep 5 Max Bid: $300

Your job is to create a simple AJAX asp.net site (using c#) that has a speed reading test and (optional) comprehension test.
The site should basically copy the functionality of http://www.freereadingtest.com/free-reading-test.htmlbut with a much cleaner design which should include a simple logo, using ajax instead of flash. You need to make use of ajax controls and there should be no page refreshes etc. You can use any ajax frameworks/controls that work with asp.net.
We don’t want any ads etc, but we do want to publish 30 articles on the site. They will all be linked to from the front page.
The comprehension questions should be optional. If the user opts to only complete the reading test, their words per minute will be reported. If they opt to complete comprehension test, they will be asked the questions and their words per minute and comprehension will be reported.
The site should have a simple design with a web 2.0. For examples of the type of design we want, see:

We will provide the data in a sql server compact database. You only need to use two tables – Test and Question. please migrate this to the sql server db on the website. We will give you login details for the website and you are responsible for full setup and deployment of the site, including entering the articles and hompage/about/etc content.
You should send us the screen designs first for approval. You need to respond to reasonable requests for design updates. You also need to respond to reasonable requests for minor functionality changes and fixes so we can be certain we have a production quality and highly usable site.

(No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
All deliverables must be uploaded to vWorker.com before the deadline(s) for this project...with no exceptions. If this contract makes it impossible for a competent person to do this, then do not start this project...but instead alert vWorker.com of an un-arbitratable, illegal project.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects violation of both the employer and worker agreements.
