Controlling Webcam with MS Access 2000 By loansoftware on Sep 5 Max Bid: Open to fair suggestions

I am looking for a program written in MS Access 2000 that will control the standard webcam that is provided with each computer. It will have an image on the screen which previews what the the webcam is looking at.
then there will be a capture button and a text box.
when the capture button is clicked the photograph is taken and is stored as a .jpeg file using the data in the text box as its name.
So if the text box contained "PROJECT1" then when the capture button is clicked a file called PROJECT1.jpg will be created and stored in the c:\ directory on the computer.
