I need a website that pulls in the latest football ... By A&K Project on Sep 5 Max Bid: Open to fair suggestions

I am wanting to start a web site that runs on its own and refresh's automatically with all the latest football (soccer) news. I want the refresh time to be something that I have control of after implementation. To start with the refresh time should be 90 seconds. Ideally the site will look something like this http://www.newsnow.co.uk/h/Sport/Football
In fact one easy option could be that the site just pull's the same stories from this site and displays them in a similar but different layout.
Failing this or a more complex piece of work would be to create an independent running script that points to the sites of my choice to pull the latest news, which is then displayed on my site in a similar formt to that of http://www.newsnow.co.uk/h/Sport/Football
