This is one of a series of very small projects:
The program is a very simple excel based application where users would be able to calculate the burnt calories from doing a number of activities. the activity list is a predefined list (can use the one http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metabolic_equivalent)
The front worksheet of the excel file will have a number of fields, user name, weight, height, age and the list of activities
This is a very simple file that requires minimal work, we dont anticipate it will require more than half a day
