4 5 Hour PHP Project to start now for smarty templ ... By projectmanager10 on Sep 5 Max Bid: Open to fair suggestions

I'm looking for a quick PHP programmer who has worked with smarty templates to:
1) Get our header, footer + colors into the templates for the https://www.freesitesignup.com/whmcs/clientarea.php and all sections/links from here
2) Create 6-8 additional pages in WHMCS for members only and copy the information we have in our user area for it to show up for one product and copy 4-5 pages of information we have and make it show up for another product. Adding pages is pretty easy:
http://wiki.whmcs.com/Creating_Pages . We have all the content formatted, just need it set up in templates and linked into the WHMCS user area.
Please confirm that you are quick with php and have worked with smarty templates and can start right now and work until done today.
