Recreate business application from design in Windows Mobile, in HTML5 with persistent data storage, to run on iPhone.  Application is a time and expense entry system to allow mobile user to record time and expense.  Application consists of approximately 10 screens: a Main (menu) screen, time entry, time review (list), expense, expense notes, and expense review (list), plus a few ancillary screens.System must be capable of running in a disconnected mode, so the screens and data must be in persistent memory (per user).This first phase will be to just recreate the screens and screen functionality.  At some point in the near future a second phase will be contracted to build connectivity to an existing web service that manages the back-end data that the mobile application uses and creates. A future third phase will change the original code as required to support the Android platform.
