WordPress Styling By metrathon on Mar 18 Max Bid: Open to fair suggestions

I want to modify a WP theme into looking like my website (OsCommerce store) by implementing similar headers, footer and same background.I will provide the necessary graphics as psd files and I'll provide complete access to the testing server.Please see the attachment for details.Platform:
It should support IE7+ and Mozilla 3.5+
Deliverables:I need the changes commented and documented for easy later adjustments.
All deliverables must be uploaded to Rent A Coder before the deadline(s) for this project...with no exceptions. If this contract makes it impossible for a competent person to do this, then do not start this project...but instead alert Rent A Coder of an un-arbitratable, illegal project.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
